3. Website Provision and Log Files

3.1 Data Processed and Purpose

Each time you access our website, our web host’s server (ALL-INKL.COM) temporarily collects and stores data from your internet browser. These data may allow identification and are thus considered personal data. The following data are collected:

IP address of the user, Date and time of access, Protocol (e.g., HTTP), Request method (“Get” or “Post”), Content of the request or specification of the retrieved file, Access status (successful transmission, error, etc.), Data volume transferred in bytes, Referrer website (if applicable).

Browser type, operating system, language, and browser software version

These data are temporarily stored to deliver the website to your device, requiring your IP address to be retained for the duration of the session. Additionally, the data are stored in log files to ensure website Functionality, protect IT system security, and perform anonymized analytics (e.g., page views, visitor numbers).

3.2 Legal Basis

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in providing a functional and secure website and optimizing it through anonymized analytics.

3.3 Recipients

Our web host, ALL-INKL.COM, has technical access to these data as our processor. No other third parties receive these data.

3.4 Storage Duration

Data are deleted when no longer needed for their purpose. For website provision, this occurs at the end of the session. For analytics and security purposes, log files are stored for up to 190 days, after which they are automatically deleted unless a security incident requires longer retention.

3.5 Obligation to Provide Data

Providing these data is necessary to use our website. Without them, the website cannot be delivered technically.

Our website currently does not use cookies or similar technologies. Should we introduce such technologies in the future, we will inform you and, if required, obtain your consent

5.1 Web Hosting by ALL-INKL.COM

Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, a third-party service acting as our processor under Article 28 GDPR. ALL-INKL.COM processes the log file data described in Section 3 to provide and secure the website.

5.2 Other Third-Party Services

We currently do not use additional third-party services such as analytics tools, social media integrations, embedded videos, or external fonts. If such services are introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy and, if necessary, obtain your consent for non-essential services.

6. Technical Measures

6.1 SSL/TLS Encryption

Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect data transmission. You can recognize an encrypted connection by “https://” in the browser address bar and a lock icon. This ensures that data you transmit cannot be intercepted by third parties.

B. Special Right to Object (Art. 21(1) GDPR)

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) at any time. Please send your objection to the contact details in Section 1.1.
